Scale of perking use is very wide. There are standard body parts like eyebrow, cheeks, ears or bellybutton we offer professional piercing methods and wide range of jewelry (more information directly in the studio).

USE OF DESINFECTION

Skin:
Firstly, short introduction about skin. Skin is the largest organ of the human body that acts as the protector against external infections. When there is a piercing this barrier is broken and open for external infections. More than 600 of bacteria produce the natural medium and continuously protect the skin against the external morbid bacteria whose negative effects increase in the place of piercing.

That's why it is very important to use proper disinfection developed and certified for special purpose of piercing aftercare.

In Bodegas tattoo and piercing studio we offer the aftercare cosmetics for personal use developed in France – EASY PIERCING and CLEAN PIERCING and American cosmetics X-PRESSION.

Clean Piercing Dermosys:

2-phase disinfection process: 10 – 14 days we recommend special treatment liquid containing 0,05% aqua chlorhexidine digluconate. After, treatment proceeds to the second part using the remedy containing alcohol 0,05%, aqua chlorhexidine digluconate. Chlorhexidine has a great anti-bacterial effect, keeps the skin clean and protects it against infection.

EASY PIERCING 3 PHASES:

1. Phase: antibacterial liquid ( 0,1% denat alcohol, aqua, poloxamer 184, chlornexidine digluconate, citric acid, sodium hydroxid.) Basic treatment for new piercing recommended.

2. Phase: saline (aqua, sodium chlorid). Helps to speed up the healing process and keeps the place of piercing clean. Liquid without alcohol.

3. Phase: use of antibacterial soap to be used prior to disinfection. Liquid without alcohol.

X-PRESSION

It is a general purpose remedy for skin and mucous (aqua + CPC MSM complex), without alcohol.

BLUE WAVE

Cleaning saline of sea water (deionized aqua, superior puric USP sodium chlorid, citric acid). Liquid stills, cleans the skin and keep the place of piercing sterile. Without alcohol.

CLEAN PIERCING – Bottled liquid – 12 pieces

Proper for clients with very sensitive skin. Liquid is extremelygentle, natural, reliable and withou alcohol (aqua, chlorhexidin 0,05%).

Use of disinfection:
Piercing was performed under the sterile conditions. It is necessary to stop away from infection.

Et the end of the process it is necessary to treat the place with special remedies against infection, liquids supporting the healing process of the skin.

Aftercare:
In the period after the procedure clients are discouraged form touching of the piercing with unwashed hands. Using the stick you slightly remove the small scabs. Do not move the jewelry with unwashed hands; otherwise you are exposed to bacterial infection. Aftercare process shall be performed twice a day. Extreme aftercare cleaning might harm the tissue and, on the other hand, lack of aftercare might results into severe inflammation.

Over the healing process you are discouraged from:

Long lasting baths or showers
Contact between the new piercing and another person's skin or bodily fluids Extreme cleaning
Tough soaps
Touching with unwashed hands
Removal of jewelry prior to complete healing
Leaving the shampoo or conditioner at the place of piercing

Proper soaps:

liquid
antibacterial - bactrosan, protex, prosavon
after using the soap wash the place properly
EASY PIERCING

Mucous:
Stress it put on support of the natural healing process and help the mouth mucous to accept the jewelry without any negative effects.Any change of internal or external surrounding influences the effects of „negative and positive“bacteria.

Importance of the use of remedy for mouth mucous can be demonstrated as follows:

Skin hosts 600 kinds of bacteria
Saliva host only 6 kinds of bacteria

This means that stability of flora in the mouth might be changed if one type bacteria disappear and resulted into Candida albicans, causing the inflammation.

Products as CLEAN PIERCING, X-PRESSION, EASY PIERCING respects the needs of mouth care and body immunity reactions.

Use of disinfection:
Piercing was performed under the sterile conditions. Personal aftercare of piercing has to be performed in self-regard.

Personal aftercare:
You are discouraged form touching the jewelry with unwashed hands. Shake the remedy liquid before use and apply the liquid onto the wound without removing the jewelry. Do not move the jewelry with unwashed hands to avoid the possible inflammation. Aftercare shall be performed twice a day. Any extra cleaning might harm the tissue and cause the infection.

CONDITION TO PERFORME PIERCING:

I declare:

I'm over 15
I'm not allergic to any metals, I do not suffer form hemophilia, hepatitis, HIV, epilepsy or any other severe illness
I will follow the rules of piercing aftercare
I'm not using any drugs, or any medicine that could have a negative influence on piercing performance
All the data are truthful and piercing is my free decision

Piercing has been performed by professional (nurse):

Under the sterile conditions using a single use medical needle (catheter) and single use gloves

Jewelry is made of high quality medical materials – titanium, stainless steel, instruments are sterilized before use

Aftercare:

Keep the wound clean
Prevent the wound from further harm
Skin piercing – disinfection needed 3 time a day
Mouth piercing – disinfection needed 3-4 times a day
Do not cover the piercing, do not wear tight cloths
Do not touch the piercing with unwashed hands
Do not apply any creams, antibiotics, tee tree oil on the piercing

In case of any allergic reaction, inflammation consults the Studio immediately. We will give you a piece of advice and assistance.

JEWERLY and INSTRUMENTS – INFORMATION:

Are sterilized under the 180 °C in the hot-air stabilizer
Single use medical needles and gloves
Sterile jewelry are kept under the special safe conditions
Skin is being kept clean by using Cutasept F a SEPTODERM
For small body areas we use Guttar spray, Desident spray or Incidur 0,5% (1h exposition)
Floor is kept clean by use of incidur 0,75% (1h)
Instruments are mechanically cleaned in the ultrasound cleaning machine using Sekusept Pulver

PHARMACY DESINFECTION:

hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, 40-60% Spiritus dilutus, extremely strong disinfection not recommended for the long term use, especially around the belly button
piercing in this area takes the longest time to be healed (1 month – 1 year), very individual
extremely strong disinfection might harm the newly created cells around the wound
wound makes red later, skin dries, place looks like burned and looses the natural immunity
